Refund policy
1. Return window
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or refund. Contact us at info@joinpatriotclub.com with your order number and, where relevant, a photo.
2. Condition of items
Items should be unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with any tags attached. We can't accept items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery, unless the fault was ours.
3. How returns work
Email info@joinpatriotclub.com with your order number and the reason. We reply within one business day.
Items under $25: you usually won't need to send anything back. We'll refund or replace it directly. Return shipping on a low-value item costs more than the item, so we don't ask you to pay it.
Items over $25: we'll send you return instructions and the correct address. Please don't send anything back before contacting us — parcels returned without instructions can't always be traced to an order.
4. Return shipping costs
If the item was damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, we cover the return cost or waive the return entirely.
5. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email info@joinpatriotclub.com within 30 days with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer, and you won't be asked to return the item in most cases.
6. Lost or undelivered orders
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date and we'll investigate with the carrier.
If a parcel is returned to us because the delivery address was incomplete or incorrect, we'll contact you to arrange reshipping. Reshipping costs may apply.
7. Refund timing
Once your refund is approved we process it within [3] business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer then typically takes a further 5–10 business days to show it.
Refunds always go back to the original payment method. We can't refund to a different card or account.
8. Patriot Club membership fees
Membership fees are separate from product purchases and are not covered by this policy.
Membership fees already charged are not refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time at info@joinpatriotclub.com, or by emailing info@joinpatriotclub.com, and no further charges will be taken. Full details are in section 5 of our [Terms of Service].
If you cancel your membership, you keep any products you've already bought — including items bought at member prices. We don't claw those back or charge a difference.
