1. About these terms
This website is operated by joinpatriotclub.com ("we", "us", "our"). Our full company details are available on our Contact page. You can reach us any time at info@joinpatriotclub.com.
By using joinpatriotclub.com, placing an order, or joining the Patriot Club, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract. By ordering you confirm you meet these requirements and that the payment method you use belongs to you.
3. Products, pricing and availability
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Taxes and shipping, where they apply, are shown before you pay.
Product images are illustrative; colours and finishes may vary slightly between screens and production batches.
We may change prices, withdraw products, or limit quantities at any time. Promotional prices and advertised limits apply only while displayed on the product page.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. We will contact you if that happens.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send an order confirmation or dispatch the goods, whichever comes first. We may decline any order, including where we suspect fraud, resale, or abuse of member pricing.
5. Patriot Club membership
This section describes an automatically renewing paid subscription. Please read it in full.
5.1 What it is
The Patriot Club is a paid monthly membership. While your membership is active you receive member pricing across the Patriot Collection, priority order handling, free shipping on member orders, and early access to new releases.
Some products, including member-priced items, are sold only to Patriot Club members. Where that applies it is stated on the product page before you order.
5.2 Free trial, charges and automatic renewal
Your membership begins with a [7]-day free trial. You are not charged for membership during the trial.
On day [8], the first membership charge of $39.99 USD is taken from the payment method you provided. Your membership then renews automatically and charges $39.99 USD on the same date every month, until you cancel.
Your subscription will continue and you will keep being charged monthly until you cancel it.
We email you a reminder before the first charge at the end of your free trial, and a receipt for every charge after that.
Any product bought in the same order is a separate one-time charge. It is not refunded if you later cancel your membership, and you keep the product.
5.3 Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, including at any point during the free trial, at info@joinpatriotclub.com. Cancelling during the trial means you are never charged for membership.
Cancellation takes effect immediately and stops all future charges. You will not be asked to complete any retention process.
If you would rather cancel by email, write to info@joinpatriotclub.com and we will cancel it for you within one business day. You do not need to give a reason.
Your member benefits continue until the end of any period you have already paid for.
5.4 Price changes
If we change the membership price we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies. You may cancel before then. Continuing after the change takes effect means you accept the new price.
5.5 Fair use
Member pricing is for personal use only. We may decline, limit, or cancel orders that appear to be for resale, and may suspend member pricing where it is being abused.
5.6 Suspension and closure
We may suspend or close a membership for non-payment, fraud, abuse of member pricing, or repeated payment disputes. If we close your membership for any reason other than your breach of these terms, we refund the unused portion of the current month.
6. Payment
Membership payments are processed by Whop.
You authorise us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for the amounts and on the schedule described in section 5. You are responsible for keeping your payment details current. If a payment fails we may retry it and may suspend member benefits until it succeeds.
7. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
You are responsible for providing an accurate, complete delivery address. Where a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we may charge the cost of reshipping.
Any import duties or taxes charged on delivery are your responsibility unless we state otherwise at checkout.
8. Returns and refunds
Membership fees already charged are not refundable except where required by law. Physical products are covered by our standard returns policy regardless of whether they were bought at member prices.
9. Cancellation rights for consumers outside Hong Kong
If you are a consumer resident in the EU or UK, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For goods the period runs from the day you receive them; for the membership, from the day the contract is concluded. To withdraw, email info@joinpatriotclub.com before the period ends.
Nothing in these terms affects statutory rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site to break the law, interfere with its operation or security, scrape or copy it systematically, or place orders fraudulently or on someone else's payment method.
11. Intellectual property
All content on joinpatriotclub.com — text, images, designs, logos and layout — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
12. Reviews and submitted content
If you submit a review, photo or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with our business. You confirm the content is yours to share and is not unlawful or misleading. We may remove submitted content at our discretion.
13. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing here excludes liability we cannot exclude by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order or your membership is limited to the amount you paid us in the [12] months before the claim arose.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue or data.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you retain the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us at info@joinpatriotclub.com so we can try to resolve the matter directly. Most issues are settled the same week.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date shows when. Where a change materially affects your membership, we will email you at least 30 days in advance.
